Our Team

Zoltan founded Mage Consulting in early 2022 as a specialist safety engineering consultancy for the rail sector. He spent more than 10 years in the railway industry in Australia and the UK with a strong focus on safety assurance and systems engineering.

Collin joined Mage Consulting in 2023 as a Consultant. He had previously worked on the High Capacity Metro Trains (HCMT) project being responsible for safety engineering for the design authority (CRRC). Collin has since developed extensive experience in Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRAs), SIL Allocation and Demonstration, managing Hazard Logs and delivering Safety Cases.

Lilian joined Mage Consulting in 2023 as a Principal Consultant. She has over 13 years of international experience predominantly in Systems Assurance (Safety and RAM) in the rail industry. Since joining Mage, Lilian has been providing support to a variety of clients on complex technical systems (Signalling, Rolling Stock, ATP) in Safety Assurance as well as Reliability Engineering.

Alan is an internationally recognised expert with over 40 years of experience in risk and safety management. He is supporting Mage on projects via his business KERMA Ltd.

Peter joined Mage Consulting in 2024 as a Consultant. He worked on the High Capacity Metro Trains (HCMT) project being responsible for safety engineering as well as electrical design for the design authority (CRRC). Peter has since been working on managing Hazard Logs and delivering Safety Assurance Reports on a variety of projects.
